Description

We’re excited to announce the latest release of the Dise Player! This update is now available, and we’re thrilled to share the enhancements and new features we’ve packed into this version. Release Highlights: **List of features/improvements** New playout logic The core playout logic has been upgraded to support a wider range of advanced features, including enhanced control over share of voice, the ability to set share of voice on individual playlist items, filler content, data layers, and delayed scenarios. This update also improves: Scenario playback behavior: When a playlist’s playback option is set to Play All, the playlist will now start from the beginning whenever a scenario is triggered. Improved handling of complex playlist structures: The player now correctly accommodates empty sub-playlists when multiple sub-playlists are used across different playlists within a channel. Additional system information More detailed system information is now available in the Portal. Tizen TEP & B2B support To maintain the full recommended platform compatibility, the Dise Player now uses different Tizen APIs based on device version. Updating to this version is optional, and if you wish to continue with the previous version, you may do so without interruption. However, we recommend updating to take full advantage of the improvements. Thank you for choosing Dise! We’re dedicated to continuously improving our software to meet your needs. Description

The CX Portal will be updated to the latest version, the planned maintenance window is *|TIMESTART|* to *|TIMEEND|* During the maintenance our service might inaccessible for a short period. Some of the highlights of this release can be found below. For full release notes please visit support.dise.com. If you have any questions about the update or coming features, do not hesitate to contact support@dise.com and we will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Highlighted features Below are the highlights of this release: Share of Voice enhancements Share of voice has been significantly expanded to give you far more precise control over how content is balanced and sequenced during playback. You can now define playback options for each playlist within a channel, allowing you to adjust how many items should play consecutively while still respecting the overall share of voice ratios. Share of voice can also be set directly on individual media items, sub-playlists, and campaign items within a playlist, enabling highly refined control over the exact screen-time distribution. These share of voice–enabled playlists can be used inside a default mixer mode channel, offering even greater flexibility in designing playback behavior. If a playlist or channel does not have a share of voice ratio defined, it will automatically act as filler content. Filler items only play when other media does not fully cover the 100% share of voice allocation. Takeover behavior A new option allows you to control how scenarios interrupt the current playout. You can continue using the existing Immediate mode, which interrupts playback right away, or switch to the new Delayed mode, which waits for the currently playing media item to finish before the scenario takes over. New trigger types The trigger creation UI has been refreshed and now includes two additional trigger types. OneShot triggers will activate a scenario a single time before automatically disabling themselves, while Share triggers ensure the trigger state is synchronized across all players within the same sync group.
